Workout 8 | Week 4 - Day 2
Welcome to the workout #8 in this program.
Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.
You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.
You will need:
1 Pair of Kettlebells
Enough floor space to lie down
Today is a strength circuit done for 3-5 rounds.
You will cycle through the three exercises in part one in an unhurried but urgent manner.
Rest as long as you need to in order to complete the next exercise with good form, but no longer.
Once you’ve completed the first section, we want 5 rounds of swings and sit throughs as fast as possible or faster!
Ensure that you are safe, you’re not so fatigued that form slips, but barrel into this, go hard and fast.
Resist any urge to flop out on the floor at the end, instead keep blowing the air out, shaking the body and limbs and even walk about. This will help you get the breathing and heart rate under control quickly, which is good practice for when you are out at a tough competition.
