Workout 7 | Week 4 - Day 1

Welcome to the seventh workout in this program.

 

Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.

You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.


You will need:
1 Kettlebell
Interval Timer
Enough floor space to lie down

 

Sets 1-3

Today’s Iron Supplements are a simple upper body superset followed by a lower body superset, with a bit of core/abdominal work.

Formatting exercises in this manner is both effective and efficient, meaning you get a lot done in little time, which leaves more time for BJJ!
