Workout 6 | Week 3 - Day 2

Welcome to the sixth workout in this program.

 

Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.

You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.


You will need:
1 Kettlebell
Pull Up Bar / Suspension Trainer

 

Set 1 and Set 2

Today's Iron Supplements are just good simple supersets.
Watch the videos, select your weight and have it.
There’s no rush. Rest between exercises, but don’t take all day! If we catch you checking your social media or taking selfies, there will be words!!
60 second breaks should more than suffice.
