Workout 2 | Week 1 - Day 2
Welcome to the second workout in this program.
Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.
You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.
You will need:
1 pair of kettlebells
Enough floor space to lie down
This session is a 20 minute AMRAP, so As Many Rounds As Possible.
We have 7 exercises, al to be done for 8 reps each as a circuit, repeated until the time runs out.
The pace is up to you, but bear in mind, if you flat out of the gate, you will struggle later.
The key then is to manage fatigue, learn to recover on the move and get as much out of every break as possible
