Workout 11 | Week 6 - Day 1

 

Final week of the Level I Program is here!

Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.

You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.


You will need:
1 Kettlebell
Countdown Timer
Enough floor space to lie down

 

Today we arere back to Get Ups and Pull Ups, you did these in week 3 so today's aim is do them better, not necessarily more, but better.

Now, part 2 introduces a new challenge.
If you are new, you will clean to squat. That means you swing the kettlebell up and catch it on the chest (clean) then do a squat with it held there. This means the weight is offset and will really challenge you core muscles on the opposite side.
More advanced lifters will snatch the bell up and perform and overhead squat which is everything thing the clean to squat is and much much more! Be careful with this, don’t be afraid to drop the weight if something goes wrong.
