Workout 9 | Week 5 - Day 1
Welcome to week 5!
Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.
You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.
You will need:
Pull Up Bar
Enough floor space to lie down
Don’t be deceived by how simple today’s session looks.
You’ve had a few goes at Turkish Get Ups by now, hopefully the movement is starting to feel good. As you go through each rep, treat it as a series of exercises, and do your best to make each segment of the movement as perfect and possible.
Part two is a very simple and very effective conditioning set. Use a pull up variation that you could easily do more than 5 reps on for this, no exercises here should be reaching failure, that’s not the point.
We want you sweating and blowing, we want you in continuous movement, only pausing to catch your breath, not because your muscles let you down. How many rounds can you get in these 15 minutes?
