Workout 8 | Week 4 - Day 2

Enough floor space to lie down
Turkish Get Ups are back on the menu today, remember that this is a control movement, 1 rep of a Get Up should average around 40-50 seconds to complete, so take your time and have patience.
There’s three parts to today’s session, a strength portion with 1A & 1B, a control portion with 2, and finally a fast and furious finisher.
Don’t rush anything, even the fast finisher. Quality must always come before quantity.
