Workout 6 | Week 3 - Day 2
Today’s Iron Supplements are one of my all time favourite combinations, I simply refer to it as the 5-10-15
Before you start, check that you are familiar with all the exercises in this workout, any that you’re not, be sure to check the tutorial videos.
You will find video demonstrations of each exercise beside the workout itself.
You will need:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to keep your kettlebell moving for the next 20 minutes.
5 clean and press each side, 10 goblet squats, 15 swings, repeated for 20 minutes.
Do your best to not put the bell down, this will keep your heart rate up and give you a nice cardio effect, this isn’t a strength focussed workout, even though you can do this with fairly heavy weight.
If you have access to more than one weight, you may use a heavier bell for the squats and/or the swings if appropriate, just don’t use changing weights as an excuse to rest!
